Living In An Integrated State

Living in an integrated State.jpg

How do we live in an integrated state amidst a world trying to keep us separated from each other and inevitably ourselves? What is an integrated state? To me it's a state of feeling, whole, complete, worthy, alive, guided, open, loving and free. When we live in a more integrated state we start to get directional cues all the time. Once we begin to eliminate drama in our lives, we will become acquainted with a kind of aliveness and energy we wouldn’t have even known existed otherwise. It’s not easy to stay here amongst chaos. We are all human beings navigating this plane. We will all get off track. The goal is to quickly notice when we are, and get back to a state of alignment and integration as quickly as we can. To do this we get to develop daily practices to keep us in a state of flow so we can live above the noise. Here are some tips and tricks I have learned from my personal journey and were reinforced in my Podcast with Lola Wright:

1.) REMEMBER WE HAVE THE POWER OF CHOICE:

  •  Ask: “How is this in service of my expansion and evolution?”

  • Become familiar with Curiosity. We are in co-creation with all existence even in the most conflicting moments to invoke curiosity.”

    • This is a muscle we get to practice.

  • Surrender allows us to live in grace. Remember this when our ego wants to hold on.

2.) REMEMBER WE ARE THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Stop outsourcing your good to someone thinking that he or she is the source of your salvation, we are the ones beloved, let’s go.” -Lola Wright

    • When we start looking outside ourselves for the answer, how can we come back inside and trust that we know.

3.) GET INTIMATELY FAMILIAR WITH OUR FEARS FROM AN OBSERVER PERSPECTIVE

    • Do this by witnessing and knowing them.

      • What if it's just a young part of me running the show unconsciously and now I'm projecting my fears and don't even know it?” -Lola Wright

    • If we are not dealing with what we’re most afraid of we are not going to actualize what we most desire. We are wasting time trying to make something look prettier than it is.” -Lola Wright

    • See our fears. Name them for what they are. Choose a new narrative.

4.) ASK: ARE WE MORE IDENTIFIED WITH SURVIVAL OR CREATIVITY?

5.) ACCEPT WHERE WE ARE, THEN SHIFT

    • You can not shift, what you can not accept. First accept, I am in drama, so we don’t spiritually bypass. Then, feel your feelings completely.”-Lola Wright

    • Begin to notice where I am experiencing a feeling of being closed or defensive.

    • Notice and Observe when we are stuck in the “Drama Triangle” Playing Hero, Victim, or Villain

      • Am I playing the hero?

        1. Overfunctioning (taking more that 100% responsibility)

        2. Most of us are saying yes to things that we aren't in alignment with.

          1. We can start to choose to create powerful clear boundaries

      • Am I playing the Villain? Or the Victim?

        1. How can I choose to breathe and respond vs. react?

        2. How can I take 100% responsibility for my life?

6.) STOP FOLLOWING, AND SLOW DOWN

    • Do you know what your intuitive nature would tell you? Do you know what your internal guidance would say? Listen to that and then move.”- Lola Wright

    • We can move to curiosity, notice our reactivity, and stay above the noise?

    • At the end of the day we all know deep inside of us what’s right. We have to get still enough to be in connection with that knowing.

7.) LIVE FROM A KNOWING OF WHAT’S SOURCING US

    • I can be in service and in a relationship because I KNOW what’s actually sourcing me. We must pay attention to the small child in us that always wants to look for Santa Claus outside of us.” -Lola Wright

    • Right where you are is the presence of all that is. Abundance, joy, freedom, peace, that is your nature. When you develop a practice to reconnect with your center, then you can begin to realize it in your circumstances and conditions. But your circumstances and conditions will always be a reflection of your internal state.” -Lola Wright

8.) AFFIRM A HOPEFUL FUTURE

    • May we allow ourselves to experience more joy.

    • May we walk on the planet with a greater sense of grace and compassion   for one another.

    • May we realize that everyone we meet is a manifestation of the experiences that they have had perceiving this moment and have compassion for one another.

    •  May we stop following and start leading from within.

    • May we remember that all that is right where we are. There is no desire that is not already fully sourced or supplied for all that we need for its fulfillment. Love is already here. We just need to allow it to be realized and walk in that vibration.

9.) USE OUR TOOLS- THIS IS A LIFELONG PRACTICE
