WHAT I AM DOING TO FEEL GOOD

Meal prep flow:

Egg Frittata (so simple cheap easy)

Recipe:

Grab a casserole dish: separately in a bowl mix 12 eggs and season as desired, chop up any veggies you want (recommend adding cilantro), add any type of meat or meatless alternative (if not cooked, sautéed prior to adding), Spray the casserole dish with non-stick, combine into casserole dish: Pre heat over to 350 degrees and cook for 25 min (you can do this in any dish- mini muffins are great too)

Protein + Veggies

Salmon: garlic, lemon, salt, pepper + green beans

PRO TIP: Use salmon for leftover day 2 (salmon on top of a bed of spinach+ apples+ raisins+ blue cheese+ walnuts+ honey mustard vinaigrette dressing

Tacos

Homemade guacamole (cilantro+lime+avocado+onion), cheese, meat of choice (with taco seasoning), tomatoes, greens

 

Italian beyond meat+ eggs+ veggies

Make a soul bowl

Brown rice/sweet potatoes, black bean/garbanzo beans, greens of choice, sautéd veggies, protein of choice

Shake+tea+vitamins

I do this daily! So important to get all our vitamins in: once or twice a day

Herbal tea concentrate, vitamin C, immunity essentials, aloe

Multivitamin, cell activator (helps with nutrition absorption) , herablifeline (omega 3s)

Salads

Pre made salad mixers: the sweet kale chopped salad kit is my favorite!

Recipes: spinach, feta, tomatoes, onions, tons of veggies, fruit (you pick make it fun- don’t let anything in your fridge go bad…add it on top the more the merrier) olive oil+vinegar on top!

Easy clean ready to go snacks

Options: rice cake and peanut butter, apple and peanut butter, a clean trail mix (check sugar), chopped veggies and hummus, beverage mix and water or greek yogurt (https://lauraholloway.goherbalife.com/en-us)

Fruits and veggies readily available + peanut butter & whip cream for dessert (keep it simple), a good piece of dark chocolate is great too
